★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has a spacious main-hall and a big dining hall. It is cleanly maintained. Some steps going from the main-hall to other areas like dining, from dining to hand-wash are a bit high so elders would need help. Bathrooms are also big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large hall. Modern flooring. Usual plastic chairs. Not very comfortable. Fans for cooling. Large dining area. Couldn't find any open bathrooms. Steep steps can be daunting, but there is a lift available.
Location is behind KIMS. No parking in the premises, but available on the adjacent streets
