★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever ! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone ! I had filed a complaint on 1st of March I am sure they would have received the complaint on the same day and the Samsung person told me that they have to change the motor and it took 10 days for them to change the motor and get the parts apart from that work and the problem remained the same. After that they told me that they need to change the circuit nowbecause they were unable to identify the issue . Meanwhile between these days after changing the motor and before changing the circuit two three engineers visited and they were like we didn't understand the problem and hence we would change the circuit. So on the day of changing the circuit the engineer change the circuit started the machine and then he told me that yeh to aise hi hoga aise hi chalega yeh machine is fine. If the machine was fine why the hell did he change the two parts which he was not supposed to change, services is laid back and engineer was rude .

With deep regrets I wish to share my bad experience with this store. The service provided to us is surely not up to a customer’s satisfaction . It took 3 days to finally come to a conclusion what was actually wrong with my refrigerator which I had bought in 2014. The compressor n the PCB needed to be rectified. In this hot weather where all my refrigerated stuff had to be thrown out, even milk n vegetables were hard to keep. They took around 10 days to repair it or cud get the new part to fix it again. Today morning they told they will send the refrigerator by 13:30 , it’s already 17:00 and the fridge has not been installed. Being a working women I requested them to give a time where I am available at home. Whole day waiting for the refrigerator... They can’t value the customers request n time what else one expects from a renowned company like Samsung. Sad experience with them... Look for the post services before buying a product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are best in area for Washing machine repair and TV as all team are well trained and also well disciplined they will solve all your queries and give appropriate/ genuine about ur dead or damage home appliances.
If you appliances are out of warranty, then they do have policy you can communicate with them for details they will make you understand all those plans.

Team is very good and some of the points like respond is very quick and supportive also. and I want to specially mentioned that Amit bhai is a very nice person. you won’t regret if you avail those services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very pathetic response and service.. technician which they've sent is not at all knowledgeable and completely Illmannared. In this summer season where to store refrigerated stuff.i had throw it. They are not at all concerned about customer's request.
Today is almost sixth day after I registered my complaint but there is no response atleast not a single call from the service provider.
Not at all recommended.better to go with a local one.
Very disappointed.??
Hope so they will contact the customer after reading it.if they really care about their customers.
