★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inst-ed of connectivity nothing is good, It's too much close to road so lost of nosy by vehicles sounds in rooms while closed windows and door it feel in night very much .. very few parking so resident always fight to each other regards parking problem .. very small size kitchen and WC is exactly above to it... poor construction quality ... not up to mark .. i don't understand how can ppl providing 5 stars even it's not eligible for single star .... without it can't post so 1 star.
