★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaipur to Bikaner (Non-AC) bus service is pathetic.
The bus stops multiple times to take random people onboard who end up sharing empty seats and sometimes old people would come and sit on other people's paid seats. The person who paid for the full seat shouldn't have to share his seat. I understand that the person is old but the bus shouldn't board extra people if there is no place for them.
Not professional at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travel agency ever, worst services,the staff was such a bunch of dubmsters filled with ego and attitude I'll never suggest u took travel with them their buses are even trash seats were so dirty that the dirt was sticking on the clothes their seats were wet couldn't even seat and the roof of the bus was leaking so when the rain came the water started to drip in. Even if you book your whole seat they won't be giving you the seats you will have to share it coz they take many offline passenger bookings. Atlast just wanna say save your blood and don't travel in this agency's buses.
