★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The complex is good but the entrance and the main gate is horrible during the rain..
You will feel good with nice working and middle business class people surrounding over there and celebrating all the festivals thru out the year.
Shows unity in integrity..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society in mira road..its close to Highway and hs a club house and central open place for cultural activities.. its an old society..however not maintained properly..the inner roads infront of towers is in bad shape.. also there is only one narrow entrance to complex which is an issue given how big the society is and due to skngle access point the entrance road is also not maintained properly... during monsoon there is waterlogging near the entrance and due to this water is also flowed into society.. sometime it stinks as well. But given the location and diversity of members it is one of the good complex to live in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big complex, very open area and a nice place to live. There are 4 societies, with a total of 17 buildings. There is big central ground with a play area for kids. The entrance is thru a access road which is a bit narrow for only two lanes of traffic. The entrance gets flooded during monsoon season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at Pleasant Park Mira Road, a lane inside.Very nice society, Calm and Peaceful . Ample place for kids to play and people for morning n evening walk. Good security. Clean and neat. Garden for kids n sitting place for elders. There is Club House and Gym inside the complex too. Many classes like skating, karate are conducted inside the complex. Many Cultural programs are celebrated and enjoyed. A very good society to plan ur residence.
Only during rainy season they have a problem thru the lane where water fills. Somehow it's a minute drawback which should b looked by the builder and society.
