★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall one of the best place in terms of collection for entire family.
But if somebody wants to buy fabric and get it stitched, there is an issue.
Their partnered tailor "Goodwill" is not providing services probbaly due to increased work load from Shree Shivam itself, and he delays the orders a lot.
Shree Shivam should add an alternative tailor partner now with them

Pros: Customer treatment is good.
Cons: Not affordable, every product is extremely costly.
They are never on time.
Masters/ tailor don't know how to alter their own so called designer indo western as it's tricky for them.
I don't recommend this shop for anything.

Product design are awesome.
Cons - Product Quality , fabric Quality is worst than low Quality product available in market.
Post usage either do dry clean or normal wash as per fabric , product becomes not usable.
We purchased more than 20+ ladies cum Men's wedding clothes worth 2.5 lakhs+ among that we faced issues in 8 cloths..
Cost is 5x , material quality is 1/5th..
I will suggest avoid purchasing as it's waste of money definately..also risky as fabric Quality is worst.

My review was having around 10k views but their representatives kept calling me to delete my review, not only once but may be twice every month, they even called me on my birthday to wish me even requested me to come to their shop so that they can celebrate my birthday ( hahahaha????) finally i got annoyed and removed my review as it was so irritating to get a call almost every month. Now it's 2022 and I am very sure that nothing must have changed there, other than their clothing stock.!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and NEW UPDATED collections of Wedding, Bridal, Groom, Bridesmaid. Cant say much about the staff. They were helpful Definitely.... But slow in understanding your choice. They will alter the dress but wont do any additions lime adding fabric unlike in other places. Overall an average experience but yes i would visit again?
