★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had sent a document via this service from Jaipur to Surat. I usually send the courier at the same address regularly and is delivered every time. This time the courier was returned back to me stating - "S/A - short address". They did not eve tried consulting the receiver or sender even once before sending back the parcel. When I telephoned them, the person on the phone was very rude and gave no response. The envelope was returned back in very poor condition - all oily. Poor Experience and Poor Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I call the courier service for not receiving my consignment on time, the lady on call is such an idiot instead of talking politely she is saying why are you wasting my time by calling here and that was completely rude ...on courier receipt the number was given of jaipur so I had to call there...I told here u can talk normally no need to misbehave... instead of saying sorry wat she done she started to shout at me muje mat sikha baat kaise karne tu n all ... horrible experience and horrible lady ...dont know why people keep this kind of on job.
