★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given my Activa 3G for servicing, the person on the counter said it would take 2-3 days but it took 15 days. And still there were some foults in the service and my vehicle was not cleaned properly. On the other hand there was lack of communication between the staff. Due to which we had to wait for 2-3 hours at the service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Executive was good at the time of taking the vehicle for service. They didn't delivered the vehicle given for the regular service on time, instead they took two days. Staff and even manager were not present at the opening time. Service station opens at 9:00 AM and staff was not present till 9:30 AM. So we need to wait for them. Extremely poor customer satisfaction experience. No value of customer's time and their words.

2 nd time bad experience..
1 st time damaged bag,n repair it..
2 nd time washing problem ...
be carefull with ur vehicle..
we have to tell him every time that care proper...
aapde kesu pachhi dhyan dai ne karse ...
and for visitors they have no parking..!!

So I have paid insurance rs. 2100/
For two years. No claim benefits given to me.
