β β β β β I would recommend don't use their service if you want to send something on urgent by AIR... It's been 4 days now parcel has not delivered. They dont even bother to answer the call. Worst courier service.

β β β β β Had a good experience but when goods are picked frm home the person should provide a receipt to the customer at that time so that he/she has some kind proof to contact to shop if u r parcel has not delivered to shop...

β β β β β The worst service I have ever got. I gave them my original educational documents to be posted to MP on an express delivery which they promised will reach via air next day and it didn't - secondly even on the third day of the week the parcel wasn't reached at the said time and the documents reached in a very bad manner which was my original degree. Those people had to iron it to make it dry - it was all wet.
I called up the lady she asked for the pic of the degree and never came back with even a single sorry.
Would not even want to rate 1.

β β β β β The worst courier service ever experienced. Delivery boy at 3 pm says in phone where is my address. After telling address he says that he will deliver the courier after delivering other courier. Later in the evening when I called him again and asked when you are delivering my courier, he said that he will come after 7 pm. Cancelled all my evening program just to get the courier. After 7 pm, he didn't responded to my call and after so much of calling to him, he responded at 9.30 pm saying that his working time is over and will deliver the material after 1 days as next day was Sunday. The great thing was that the delivery boy was unable to tell the office address too.

β β β β β These people don't even bother to pick their phone the no. Which is given in Google I wonder how their service might be when they even can't answer how can we expect for good service from them.People have to risk their valuable by sending through them on their own risk. For Satisfaction not guaranteed. Al though it is near Mira road railway station but they don't bother for their service because of their location it's gives them good business because of location they don't bother neglecting customers. It's very sad how one can earn after neglecting customers when they are calling but not answering.
