★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked "Apache RTR 200 4v ABS" on 24/9/2018 at Shree TVS Mahim, Mumbai, Maharastra and Today is My Delivery Date (06/11/2018) and i have gone to take delivery of my bike but there's is an issue with abs part* the ring of abs has been removed already.
while i am doning pdi (pre delivery inspection) i have noticed that..
and i refused to take a delivery of my bike.
Worst Experience Ever !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever seen. They should shut the store down. My bike was damaged in accident and when I claimed, my claim forms didn't submitted for more than 20 days. Moreover, they claimed that parts had not received from company even after a month. They do not support you. Will not recommend even for servicing.

If you want to buy any TVS 2 wheeler, don't visit this shop, got a worst experience, they speak very sweetly till u purchase the vehicle, after purchasing they respond like they don't even know you, like seriously such kind of attitude??? I was having average problem of my new Victor 2016, while selling that bike, the lady over there said this bike gives around 73-76kmph and in reality it just gave 35-40 kmph. Their service centre of mahim is also useless, less space and dirty place. This issues was not solved by the dealer, they told me to write a mail to company regarding this issue, don't come to us. Lodge a complaint against TVS company they will help you. Even prices are high over there. Don't buy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff ever seen, Tvs is making good motorcycles and scooters but it is not focusing on customer feedback and after sales service. This showroom doesn't even feel like it's an authorized Tvs showroom. The staff here is so unprofessional. They don't know how to talk to their customers. And after you have made your purchase they will behave like they don't even know you. If you have any query don't ask them, because they themselves don't know anything. Very untrained staff and they really don't care about customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service, accessories to be supplied along with the vehicle should have been available. Did not get a proper number plate and was asked to get it printed for myself, not what you expect when buying a new vehicle. Should have been delivered in completeness. Needs more staff, only one person handling everything, which is a burden on him as well. Wouldn’t have bought my bike from this showroom had there been more TVS showrooms available near Bandra. Customer satisfaction should be taken care of by the dealers.

The manager is very rude, and is there for profits only, not service. Nobody is helpful at all instead to get the work done from them just drop an email to tvs company customer care And then see the magic ?.
Also i trapped in a small accident, hopefully bike didn't got that much damage only clutch lever got replaced, but my mind had few questions about my insurance so I tried to contact the manager ( a lady who sits there) but the office people denied to provide me number because she was late and asked me to wait untill she comes. I haven't received a single missed call from them (it's been 6 months now?). I am Disappointed badly.
I also want to inform everyone about the incidence which i faced that is, i got delivery of my bike on 5th nov. After 2 days i got my registration no. And my service book and then i have been asked to provide the bike to connect the metre wire. Ok now read carefully, i came there from 8 km of distance, the guy who came there to connect the wire said engine is hot we'll wait for sometime. Then we waited around for 15.20 min after that they said that the guy went home now come Tomorrow. Then i got hatred about this shop, extremely dissatisfied. ??
Poor service, poor management, no intentions to serve customer unless we drop an email to company huh? ?
They have their own service centre but it isn't authorised fully. This service centre doesn't covers warranty parts and yes tvs customer care has no record of this.(i know this because manufacturer gave low oil levels in my bike so i was connected with tvs customer care) please be careful people, instead of this i would suggest to opt for kamla tvs service centre (authorised and also has good staff).

Yes i am criticising this because tvs motor company took feedback from me but never took any action against these employees. That's why i want everyone to opt for different tvs showrooms. Few which are located in Andheri, chembur and Goregaon are best check them out.
