β β β β β I am owner of a flat in this society. The society is good to live in but at what cost? The buulder is looting the people. The maintainance charges are quite at higher side and even they charges extra every month and once you want clarification from them then they rectify it after reminding them several times...what to those who dont even bother to check their bills?? You have to minimum usage charges of 1572/- excluding maintance (1.75 per unit and .25 sinking fund) which is not the part of their agreement. lot of things going here. Going to file case against them in due course..will keep posted on regular basis.

β β β β β Fruad builder. No swimming pool, no club, no proper parking., unstrained uneducated staff and
security gurads, no security, unhygienic dirty water supply, Very high frequency of power cuts, and generator charges are very high near about 20 rupees per unit, poorly maintained society , with incomplete project ,and high tension electricity line pasing through mid of society, which is very dangerous for residents,inspite of all of these they are charging 7000rupees maintenance per month which is highest in sonipat. These is an open loot of public hard earn money. I residing in the society last 2 years. Beware

β β β β β Nice and quiet set of high rise condominiums nestled besides Fazilpur village, about 8km from Bahlgarh. It has landscaped greens and tot lots and ample parking along with a robust security system in place. A well-stocked store within the complex caters to the daily requirements of residents. All flats have lifts and 24hrs power supply... Internet may be an issue at some location, but, the management provides wifi modems at a nominal charge on request...
