- Peaceful society.
- Ideal for a couple or bachelors.
- Very good connectivity with Golf course Extension Road.
- No groceries shop.
- No Club.
Must go through Mr. Dushyant, who has office just outside the apartment gate. Very friendly and helpful broker!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst society to be in. Cramped up space in each flat. Pathetic management. You won't be able to run a 1.5 ton AC due to short supply taken. Hell-ish condition to stay. Please whoever is looking to invest in this society do not..i repeat do not buy/rent in Shree Vardhman Mantra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No light always on DG, i am living there 25 rs per unit its better to rent 20k flat. Everyone is fed up n silent because of low rent in Gurgaon. Maintenance team pathetic show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish, I could give rating in minus for this society. This society is the worst in regards to basic facilities like electricity, cleanliness, security and management. Ohh, infact there is no management. This society runs on only on DG. Stray Dogs litter everywhere, no management for parking cars. Anyone can park anywhere.
A BIG NO for this society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Society, The management keeps conning residents on name of light cuts and generator running amount to major bills to residents, paying 1500 a day for electricity and evn after that not being able to sleep due to intermittent power cuts that too when whole Gurgaon has light but only this society has power cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst place not only buy but also rent, please don't rent flats owned by one Mr. Rajesh Bali owner of flat O-103 & O-104. He will deduct money from your deposit without your approval thinking its just landlord's right. He will never visit or ever ask if the Tenant's are OK. while vacating will send some random real estate agents who are only interested in keeping their landlords happy. Please stay from this person and his flats. only interested in extracting money from tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get any apartment here, unless they solve the electricity problems. The electricity is the biggest problem. It's too high with no reason, no bills, no proof of how much you've consumed. Though you recharge the metre, the electricity ends too fast beyond your imagination. So, better not to get any apartment here. The service is good, the security, the space in the common areas is far enough and the location too. BUT electricity is a nightmare.
