★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience with sree vinayak developer Mr.Vinay Shukla and his team supported a lot in one of their previous project "Jai Ganesh Park" even after selling the all the plots of the project, they took initiative for us like society formation and Ganesh temple construction which is few of the example I can say. Mr.shukla always guided us for all the legal activities. .now planning for second investment in Nature Ville location wise it's developing area which give better ROI.

We were visited "Shree Vinayak Developers" Wakad office for buying a plot into "Jai Ganesh Park", Nere. We feel and realized each employee along with owner (Vinay Shukla Sir) very much cooperative. We had deal in only two visits and it is in very good price and each step without any issue and hassle-free.
Vinay Sir guided and helped for multiple times for our "Jai Ganesh Park" members awhile providing feasible space to for society transformer, society formation process etc. They set very good example as a cooperative and good builder for providing us "Shree Ganesha Temple" in our "Jai Ganesh Park" premise at Nere, Pune. I believe very less builders who cooperate in many such required things.
I am having very good experience with each one of "Shree Vinayak Developers" people.
