★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first look you will feel hospital outlook is good, ambience also not bad. All nurses behavior is good and prompt response.
Now let's come to feedback of worst part of this hospital -
Behaviour of frontdesk (reception lady)
Frontdesk (reception) staff will treat you like cattle they try to shut up you by loud voice/shouting at patient attendees if you ask some valid questions like -
Day 1 Q1. Can you pls provide written estimates of operation.
Day Q2. Can you provide me approval id that you send to my insurance to that i can asked them to approve it.
In response to above question, the answers are very unprofessional - "hhadd hai yaar...kal bhi aap aise hi puch rahe they" they will start shouting at you like you are not human beings. This is completely unprofessional attitude which no one would like to appreciate.
Additionally,When you asked for complaint
register they will
shout at you and said it "Abhi nahi hai" it will be provided when your treatment is over and you will be discharged, I mean seriously??? Pathetic!!!
Amenities-
I have been allocated private ward - pvt-4 at 2nd floor. Toilet is too small, washbasin is too small that if you wash your hand water will spill over feet, and even during Corona time there was no handwash liquid in handwash bottle.
No canteen/pantry, even snacks also not available at hospital.
Height of negligence-
Even during corona time at frontdesk no temperature check and no sensitization of door handles.
Lack of knowledge-
When asked to hospital insurance person said that this surgery is not included in your insurance, when i insisted and they sent pre approval request to insurance company it got approved successfully within 10 min, but due to this lack of knowledge, front desk successfully wasted our 3 hours of precious time.
We have called outside doctor, who did surgery and also complained the same things to doctor who suggested this hospital.
The doctor who did surgery suggested to discharge at 11 AM i am writing this at 15:15 and still they did not discharge patient, saying medical staff is not available when he will come then will prepare bills and initiates discharge procedures. They just want to make it 2nd day admissions of 1 day admissions so that they can charge 2 days admissions fees.
Inshort overall not at all good experience and DO NOT deceive by Ratings at Google and owner uploaded pics.
