I have purchased I ball charger that doesn't work on the shop I ask immediate replacement or money return in which he refuses to give money back as payment is made in advance by myself in belief that product is in 3 year warranty and if defective it will be replaced or money will be returned instead of cooperation he starts shouting and calling my laptop defective , he told me in advance that if charger not works he will replace it and I made payment in advance by assuming that charger I ball will work for sure but he starts blaming my laptop instead when hp original charger plugged in my laptop shows charging he still said defective laptop is mine if his product is not working why should an customer buy to waste money on products which are not working for him finally I paid money for hp original charger by showing him practically that this original charger is working and move away otherwise he refuses to give money back
I ask other customers who went for chargers and other electronic devices please be alert n check whether it is working or not first for u in the end customer is king ? and has customers rights
