Timely delivery and making good relationship with the clients have key of his business. I also met with the staff of shree window ,good cooperative staff and atmosphere of the office. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. I regret my decision to go with them, wish I had spent more and gone with a better brand or service provider.
Not sure if this was a problem with Shree Windows or with Encraft but everything I received was full of scratches, few were a misfit in granite box prepared for the windows.
They just install and disappear no cleaning, on first day itself windows were looking years old.
For a small installation of six windows I was chasing them for almost 2 months after the promised period of 15 days was over.
Lots of promises till you are in the middle of the process, once half of installation is done you realize you are between the devil and the deep sea.
Only thing which is properly done is pleated mesh but I am told that was outsourced to third party :)
