★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this company for my FMCG food import from Gujarat to Sydney. Entire shipment had lots of problems. To name a few: 1) almost 100 boxes more could fit in the container. Lots of items asked were not added. 2) if you book your own container, these guys will be very hesitant to assist in dealing with the shipping line. You are on your own. 3) Product boxes were not resealed properly which caused lots of boxes got damaged. 4) Despite asking to mention box num on each box, they didn't write any markings on boxes. Cost us lot of money here to deal with AQIS in finding some products. 5) incorrect batch num noted in packing list. When we ask to change, the owner didn't care to reply for few days and then asking us to provide proof of pictures for batch num to change on packing list.
In summary, be very cautious if you are importing to Australia or NZ through these guys. The owner is very defensive and never accepts his mistakes. They have no idea about the strict rules of Aus & NZ.
