★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expected warranty for atleast 1 year. If Company have trust in their product they provide minimum 1 year warranty. Just ok service.
Also don't understand why they emphasized so much on "no exchange".... Seems they themselves are not confident about the product quality.

Wouldn't rate five star though since some jewellery shops in more upmarket Park street Russell Street Shakespeare Sarani area could give you a certain luxury feel, which is missing here. But that in some way makes it more approachable, more right for the target Gariahat Deshoprio park crowd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful, even after you check your jewellery, they are notorious in replacing your selected items with their defective items of same model, after coming home just realised had 4 defective products replaced even after carefully checking before selecting, customers must check the items after billing i.e before leaving the store and ensure no defective product is given, the staffs should stop this malpractise as it brings bad reputation to the brand.
