★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car service experience was good.
But behaviour of the staff was very rude. When I asked about unattended 3 problems, then Mr. Rajnik Savalia replied me you have to approach Car company service station to have all the problems solved at once. In our kind of small service centers, you have to visit many times to get all the problems resolved properly.
During my first visit for car service inquiry, the same person had assured me that will do the best service.
There technician never bothers to check or take trial of the car after service is completed.
Their technician does not know even how to replace the spark plugs. When I reported that my car is showing engine malfunction indication, during my trial run after the service is completed. During diagnosis I saw one of the newly replaced spark plug was damage by their technician and during removing the plugs another was braked into two piece.
In short there is nothing to expect from this BOSCH Service Centre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant owner, don't even listen to you or pick up calls. Gave our Mercedes for servicing. Pathetic service and they end up damaging the electric wiring and other parts in my car. Business owner behaviour is very bad, not at all courteous. Poor service.
