The staff is so impolite and they asked me to share my seat with other passengers whom they were picking straightway from roads.
I told that I have a reserved booking still they didn't get in their head and on highways you have no choice rather compromising.
Red bus people should be cautious from such suggestions while giving their customers online .
Overall very poor experience. I wish the owner knows the fact .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke I wish I could post a pic of the drunk drivers carrying labors like a third class train compartment. I do have proof to support my claim. It is an absolute shame that someone might book them as an alternative thinking it's a private provider and would provide better services. But technically the govt buses do a better job and provide value for money. This service is not an option for decent families or women. Hopefully the owner knows how's the drivers are ruining their name.

Positive points are that the bus was punctual.
