★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales persons here are not at all good. They don't have basic etiquette about how to respond to customers enquiring about vehicles. Either they don't have sufficient knowledge or they were not having mind set to share it with us.
On call they were so polite and told us that when you will visit there will be car to take test drive.
So we went all the way to chembur for this and at the end they ended with not giving us test drive.
Leave test drive aside they also don't given us the neet information of the car in which we are intrested.
Also all they were wearing some fancy and casual dresses and not at all in the decent formal cloths.
At least in the showroom we expect some uniforms or formal cloths. And they should at least give some helpful information regarding the vehicles.
They keep giving us various reasons for not giving test drive.

Thanks to hashim and amit for such a smooth service and delivery when no showroom was accepting my request all over mumbai to sell car and provide me tax exemption for disabled person due to lack of knowledge..... shreem hyundai made my dream come true i.e. buying my favorite car all new i20.
Also they delivered the car to my home due to current covid situation which was very nice of them.
Very professionally done. Loved the service and specially the car. Hope to buy more cars from them in future.
Nice color and a awesome car. Loved it ?
Overall highly recommended.
