★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order for cylinder refill on 10-Nov-21 whrin paid in advance via online 902/- still not got my cylinder, despite of making booking on ivr also tried to call but no response from thm as well..why u r taking so much time to deliver whr v hv paid money in advance its been 13days now i hv not received my refill cylinder worst people n worst service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time they deliver leak cylinder and then send machanic to change the visor. And again for changing of the visor (just the rubber at the top of cylinder tone) asked for 100rs. Very frustrated due to their service. How can they send leakage cylinder to their consumers? The complaint help line also not working for Bharatgas. Whom should we escalate ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, very bad and irresponsible staff, they really don't care for there reputation, booked gas a week ago and not delivered yet, after completing so many time gas delivered but after some time he again came and took back filled gas just because I paid online and they want only cash. They don't provide any receipt only fraud they are doing. Took 300 while transfer gas. Rajaram gas was way better than this.

My family's been a very old customer of theirs and we're being given very bad service recently. (Last 3-4 months)
I need to wait for 15-20 days for a refill of LPG.
They don't receive calls and I think they even block the numbers of customers if frequently contacted.
They leave no option for us other than to complain and wait.
Will edit this review if they improve their services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disadvantages of online payment. I had booked the cylinder online on the 3rd April 2022. It has been 18th days today and the cylinder has not been delivered yet. I called the gas agency 5-6 times, but each time they told me it was waiting or will deliver today or tommorrow, it would take two days.Delivery person also demand Rs.20.Every time. Worst and Very poor service. Rudly behaviour and not well speak with customers. Ridiculousness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not pay online for gas refilling....these crooks need cash payment so that they can demand extra money. Bogus service, but I think it is the norm across their ecosystem. These people simply don't care! I know posting review here will not change their behaviour or service either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a booking 5 days back for my neighbour considering online will be fast & came to know that with this agency it takes lot of time for delivery. Since then I m chasing for delivery with them. Thank God my connection is not with this agency. PS : I would prefer not to give single star in the rating but without rating one cannot post it.
