जिद्द आणि चिकाटी असेल तर खरचं कोणतीच गोष्ट या जगात अशक्य नसते. याची अनेक उदाहरणे आपण पाहिली आहेत. ती पूर्ण करण्यासाठी अनेकजण प्रयत्न करतात. त्यापैकी एकजण म्हणजे आमचे मित्र नितीन भाऊ नंदवणे
मनात ठरवलेला प्रकल्प पूर्ण करण्यासाठी त्यांनी खूप कष्ट करून भांडवल उभे केले. आज त्यांच्या प्रकल्पातून लाखो रुपयांची उलाढाल होत असून महिन्याला ते २० कंटेनेर देशभरात पाठवले आहेत. यातून अनेक बेरोजगारांना रोजगारही उपलब्ध झाला आहे.
नितीन भाऊ हे शेतकरी कुटुंबातील नाहीत, त्यांना कसलीही व्यवसायिक पार्श्वभूमी नाही. परंतु श्रेया एंटरप्रायजेसच्या माध्यमातून त्यांच्या प्रकल्पाने (ब्रँड) परदेशाबरोबर देशांतर्गत केळी बाजारपेठेत आपले स्थान निर्माण केले आहे. त्यांनी व्यवसाय वाढवत स्वत:च केळी निर्यात करण्यास सुरुवात केली. पुढील काळात केळीवर प्रक्रिया उद्योग उभारण्याचे स्वप्न आहे. येणाऱ्या काळात वर्षाला सुमारे दोनशे कंटेनरची निर्यात ते आखाती देशात करण्याचे नियोजन त्यांचे सुरू आहे.
केळीची विक्री करताना शेतकऱ्यांची दलालाकडून होणारी त्यांनी पहिली. त्यामुळे स्वतः केळीच्या बाजारपेठेवर अभ्यास करण्यास सुरुवात केली. स्वत: केळी विकल्यानंतर त्यांना चांगला दर मिळाला. त्यांनी संबंधित कंपनीसाठी शेतकऱ्यांशी संपर्क साधून केळी पाठविण्यास सुरुवात केली. सुरुवातीला नितीन भाऊंनी पुणे, मुंबई व दिल्ली बाजारपेठेत त्यांनी केळी पाठवायला सुरुवात केली. त्यानंतर त्यांनी परदेशातही केळी निर्यात करण्यास सुरुवात केली.
आठवड्यातून 4 ते 5 कंटेनर केळी ते परदेशात निर्यात करतात. केळीचा दर्जा पाहून संबंधित मागणी असणाऱ्या बाजारपेठेकडे त्यावर प्रतिक्रया करुन पाठवतात. त्यांनी व्यवसायातून अनेक बेरोजगारांना रोजगार उपलब्ध करून दिला आहे.
शेतकऱ्यांनाही इतरांपेक्षा चांगला दर मिळत असल्यामुळे शेतकरी सहाजिकच तिकडे वळाले. त्यातून खरेदीदार कंपन्या, व्यापारी व शेतकरी यांचे विश्वासाचे नाते निर्माण झाले. बाजारपेठेतील दर कमी झाल्यानंतर नाशवंत असणाऱ्या केळीसाठी गरज ओळखून त्यांनी आधुनिक शीतगृह तयार करण्याचा मनोदय आहे यामुळे बाजारपेठेतील तेजी- मंदीचा फायदा जळगाव जिल्ह्यातील शेतकऱ्यांना मिळेल

He was the first to sell bananas to farmers through brokers. So he started studying the banana market himself. They got a good price after selling the bananas themselves. He contacted the farmers for the concerned company and started sending bananas. Initially, Nitin Bhau started sending bananas to Pune, Mumbai and Delhi markets. He then started exporting bananas abroad.
They export 4 to 5 containers of bananas a week. After seeing the quality of the banana, they respond to it and send it to the market. They have provided employment to many unemployed through business.
Since farmers are also getting better rates than others, the farmers easily turned there. This created a relationship of trust between buyers, traders and farmers. Recognizing the need for perishable bananas after the fall in market prices, they intend to build a modern cold storage facility to benefit farmers in Jalgaon district
