★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zipro is a big fraud, they loot their customers in all possible ways, don’t fall for 4* ratings they are paid ratings.
They said deposit amount will be credited after 1 week of vacating the house, but in reality it will take around 2 to 3 months, some people vacated in June and still didn’t get deposit back.
While returning deposit amount they will not do bank transfer, they will give cheque, you have to be physically present in their office to collect this, leaving all your work, they know that very next day you can’t go, they will buy some of your time here.
Zipro writes future date in cheque to delay for some more days, and they will make sure that future date is on Sunday or bank holiday so that it gets further delayed to 2/3 more days, and when you finally deposit, banks will take another 2-4 days to transfer in your account.
So totally, even after getting the cheque(after 2 OR 3 months), you have to wait around another 15 days to get the deposit amount in your bank account.
They don’t have permanent meter in any of their apartments, only temporary meters, even after 1 year they don’t have any plans to change it. They will charge you 7-10Rs per unit where BESCOM is charging only 3Rs.
I went back to my hometown in lockdown time, had removed main fuse to avoid the electricity bill, meter reading was zero for 3 months, still they charged 280Rs per month extra as electricity bill, when I mailed them that I will not pay this amount, they didn’t reply at all and directly deducted this amount in security deposit.
They will say no maintenance charge but elecitric charges includes common area, lifts, security apartment electricity bills, etc..etc.. so you end up paying more than maintenance changes.
At the time of booking they will tell whole day power backup will be provided. Once you in, they will lie that we said backup is only for 2 hrs, and actual backup they give is for 1 hr, and many times you have to ask them to turn on generators else they don’t.
Once you vacate, they will loot you with some additional 1400 Rs for pest control, which is not mentioned in agreement and none of the Zipro employee will respond you properly, they just ignore and make you ask your money like beggars.
So, I don’t recommend anyone to go with Zipro.
