2. Independent builder floors construction.
3. Unauthorised construction with more no. of floors than allowed. (Shahberi)
4. No parks, temple still under construction, but people have to contribute for that.
5. This is near the furniture & steel works market and too crowded area and there is lot of dust and pollution.
6. No sewer line, and no societies.
7. A few functions / festive parties are organised but there is always a shortage of fund. Mostly funded by residents themselves.
8. No road constructed. There was already a road but water used to fill up and make it a dirty pond due to low level of colony road as compared to the main road. Now, with only 20% work of road done and stuck for months, the situation is much worse than before.
9. No unity among builders-the reason why road construction got stuck at 20%
10. AT ANY NOTICE, GNDA COULD DEMOLISH THE BUILDINGS.

The garbage gets collected and thrown behind the society area. (It's paid as well).
There is a parking with a fake camera setup and not safe for vehicles. They charge you maintenance for the same.
The electricity is charged based on unit rate(7 Rs/Unit) and lot of power cut .
Very low profile place.
