★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i could give it negative ratings. Most of the flats are own by big fat shady business men who invest in this project to hide their black money. Construction quality is very poor. No maintenance. Occupancy is very low and most of the people living here are on rent. Home owners are careless and don't care about the condition of the society as this is just a way to park their black money here.

I don't know what's their plan are?
No plans. Don't have any idea when will they ready the apartment for possession?
They don't care about the buyers. Fake promises.
I would not recommend to buy any property in shri group anywhere in Pan India.
