★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there is no need to visit this place at all ??? people living in this society love to fight with others or i must say they can't live without fighting. ?? other than this, there is no space here to park you cars. even though, there is no space for children to play in the playground just because people park thier cars over there. I WARN YOU! DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE IN YOUR LIFE!

1 Big park, 2 Small Parks (I will say it parking)
First floor have more spacious rooms comparative to ground.
1st Floor: 1 Room/Washroom/Kitchen/Living Area/Front and Rear Balcony.
2nd Floor: 2 Rooms/1 Washroom/Front and Rear Balcony
Problems (This explanation is from personal experience):
Parking Problem: People use to park cars in Playing Parks. Mainly this happen due to multiple cars in single house and illegal Constructions. Kids play on roads and many Cars are parked on road side which hinders traffic flow.
Illegal Construction:
Ground Floor people cover front portions with gates. A room or washroom is constructed at back of houses.
First floor people constructed store in front area, balcony by installing pillars, extend their drawing rooms to front and made two more rooms in back balconies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the safest place to stay in tricity. Kids can openly play here and elders can socialise in open spaces. A well planned society with appreciable & interactive built form and open spaces. This society has raised the benchmark for ideal living space.

The security looks fine as well.The market and this society are situated a bit far.
Overall good experience though!
The roads are amazing and so the people.
