★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time has come to complaint in consumer court now, rera given time will finish on 3rd may 2022. Will take help of court now and hope govt will give justice us. PM modi started the compain house for every one but such kind of builder is runeing the poor people. I would go to court now.
This group has ruin my dream of home as I booked the flat and they told me that I will get the passesion in two years, 4yrs have passed but no passesion yet! I am talking about Manorama heights building Jaipur.
Don’t buy any flat from this group

It's almost 6 years and still you are denying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a scam project. Please do not go by the pictures and the site view.
There is no sign of getting possession at this place. We are stuck with the builder since 5 years now and all we get is fake promise like your possession will be given in next 3 months and every time we visit, there is no construction at that place.
Please do not ever think of getting a residence in this project.

I have to live in rented house and has to give EMI of house also. I m a retired person how I managing this thing they did not understand. They ruin me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to tell my experience that when I had selected this flat in about 2015 then I had many hopes and faith in my mind that I will get this flat on time and I will shift there with my family as soon as possible. But this company beat all my hopes I and my family are unhappy with this company and the work being done on its site, I request all of you, if you are thinking of taking a flat, then do not take it by mistake in this Manorama Height company and yes so many years Even after passing, this company has not started the work of registry since 2015 and today till 2022.

We have booked the flat In 2016 they told us that we will get the passesion in two years, 5yrs have passed but no passesion yet. We are Paying high rate of interest and installments too, but they are not bothering about us. They only call when they require money from us. I suggested not to buy any flat in this group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the worst project I have came across, as I have dreamed of having my own house and to fulfill it I have booked 2 flats in this project as per their promise they were supposed to give the possession in 2 years but they failed to fulfill it. There failure has caused a loss to me in various ways like financially, emotionally and also spoiled my bank profile too. Never invest in any of the projects raised by this country. As it fails to keep their promises.
WORST PROJECT AND WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER TAKEN.
