Worst property dealer in Karol Bagh.
Will tell for everything but will never provide the facilities and services negotiated at the time of deal, Overcharge for electricity consumption in PG. bad record for returning security diposite.
Not registered under RERA Act, so dont sign any agreement with tenant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are only interested in maximizing money extraction, once you have paid, he will not treat you as a customer. Don't pay untill he provides you with rent agreement, otherwise he will make you visit his place many times as they don't value your time, while doesn't respond to your issues saying he's busy.
I would recommend you to rather visit some other dealer.

Once money paid they don’t even care for u and talk vulgarly instead….
Am saying directly guys I LITERALLY HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE with these people….as a studying student we should not be in the position to receive such a response from any one..
If u deal with them REMEMBER THAT U CANT ACHIEVE FOR WAT U COME HERE..remaining is up to u guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The broker(SUMIT SINGH) misguides/misleads you with his cheesy lines and after you're done paying him, he'll react as if he don't even know anything about you...you keep complaining to him about the issues you're facing but he won't listen.
So please be aware and stay away from this fraud broker!
