Please call him only if you want to deal with a rude person not fit to deal with customers. He may have done good business so far, but in these days you cannot insult your customers.
On top of that gives price for sofa repair at Rs. 5500 without even clarifying how it will be done. From another place, getting the repairs done for Rs. 2500. So, even the prices quoted are completely out of the blue.
