★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have got chance to buy jewelry from this jeweller. That day I have seen fighting with two of customer. And his talk was totally unreasonable. Any how we advance for some jewellery but suddenly gold price got rise. Without any reason he started putting unnecessary extra charges. As we strictly instructed him not to go beyond 10 lakh. Final jewellery price he quoted at 14 lakh and put extra making charges on top of 12% as we agreed. When we protested for this he told us take our money back. The problem was he was willing to give old gold price only. Never trust. The same thing happen with one of our relative too. As gold price rise he started showing his colors. Buy putting extra charges to over come his expenses. Dint trust choose someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service..cheating done....had given an order for a solitaire ring..the quality of the ring delievered was so bad that it looked like a local ring...worst workmanship ever seen...the store didn't even repaired the same and took 2 months and then also didn't send design....when we asked for refund, they deducted 20000rs and then paid. This is cheating. Everyone will start doing like this..make jewellery with bad workmanship and then doesn't repair the same and then say that we will not refund you 100% as we are buying for you????
Recommended not to buy jewellery from.this store and do not waste your hard earned money by buying jewellery from here. Unprofessional staff who committ to pay100% refund but don't, stop picking up phones, etc. Very very bad experience.
