Good initiative but mismanaged. Don't use their services if too much rush in the temple you will be disappointed, other times it okay. Restroom is there but permanently closed. Very poor coordination with police force in temple.

Realy very helpful for all devotees to get a locker to keep your belongings on very nominal charge and should also buy Prasad made of pure ghee, situated near temple main gate security check point, you can get a Darshan parchi here to worship in less time.

Excellent facility provided for all the devotees like locker, rest room, sofas, tea/coffee, snacks, packaged drinking water, prasad and darshan booking. These are small steps taken by Temple Trust that will go a long way. I was impressed with the ambience. Keep it up.

Worst help desk that I have ever seen of all my previous travels. I saw 1000 Indian people buying the ticket and they did not want to sell me the ticket because it was "overcrowded". So, for 1 foreigner it is overcrowded and for 1000 Indians it is not? Great discrimination, good job Shri Kashi Help Desk! Never again!

Very bad, no one to helping the visitor. Only nusense created. Reached their and ticket not provided. They should give the ticket and tell the visitor to go after one hour you can go for darshan , but stop of selling of ticket is to frustrating for the visitor. However outside black ticket by agents was available. Improvement required for Managment inside the temple also, inside the temple all are equal , there should be no discrimination for ticket holder or without ticket holder . This discrimination creating the problem for all. People are running from one lane to other. For God, all are equal. I think authority will take care of it, and improve their working culture. Rest is महादेव जी की जैसी इच्छा। जय बाबा। हर हर महादेव ।???????????.

Being near the Kashi Vishwanath Temple when you are a first time visitor to the city can be intimidating! There are a few dozen people outside the temple who keep offering free lockers to you and the crowd of devotees can add to the worry. We had booked the Sugam Darshan online and after finding the helpdesk it was all very very smooth! You have to turn up at the desk with your receipt and they quickly inform you of the panditji who will help you out and the trust provides locker services as well. The panditji takes you through the gates and to the shiv ling without having to stand in the line and for people visiting the town for a short period that's a blessing! The Trust Helpdesk area also has an air conditioned waiting lounge. My advice to anyone visiting for a short span and keen on the darshan is to go via the help desk, it makes matters less stressful for sure!

Great, I found below steps for the best experience. Putting down the steps to save others time. Step 1 - Four Wheeler entry is allowed only till Godowlia Chauraha (Church Cross road). Leave your vehicle here. Step 2 - Take a walk of 500-600m towards Gate no 4., you can also get Wheelchairs from the point of vehicle drop. Step 3 - Reach blindly to Kashi Vishwanath Temple Help desk. Ask for Shapuri Mall (Land mark) towards Kashi Vishwanath Temple Gate no 4. It’s an Saffron two storey huge structure on the road. Step 4 - If you want Darshan w/o any Q (Sahaj Darshan) pay 300 per adult or pay ₹450/couple. The ₹450 payment includes (Free entry to the gate, escorted by a qualified priest, allocated as per gov record & turn, all priests have ID cards, cost of pooja materials, Rudra Abhishek pooja, Prasad) All you need to pay is for the milk at the temple, I.e. a fixed rate of ₹50/L, you can offer 2 or 5 litre as per your wish. The priest doesn’t ask a single penny during entire process and will bring you back to the help desk. Step 5 - Keep The electronic items mobile, car keys, pen in the locker at Help desk or anyother gov locker, they have got one locker at gate 4 as well. Drop sleepers at help desk as well. Please note you don’t need to pay for anything else Post ₹450/couple. You will cut the Q and perform Pooja next to shrine area, at the main Shiva temple. Avoid going towards the narrow street of Gate no 1, a lot of shops and narrow path, is disturbing and dilutes your experience, a lot of people will be asking money for locker, flower, Prasad etc. Bottom line - Take entry from GATE NO FOUR.
