This place is very ancient, now developed as TOURIST destination GRADE 'C'.
Very near from Pali, Tal. Lanja , Dist. Ratnagiri. Maharashtra.
The temple is renovated, and still under step by step development.
By the side of river, in very calm and quite environment . Pin drop silence, only chirping of birds and silently flowing river with Crystal clear water.
There is a Hot spring, passing through a tank where can take a bath.

It used to have a hot water spring (natural) but now garbage is all over and the water has become stagnant
