They well get money from You and stop talking to You.
Builder is not able to complete any Noida projects. Saying I have no money.
Since 2 years only basment is remain there. zero progress.

But the work on the project is going bit slow.

I will advice buyers not to put your hard earned money in this project as builder is defaulter. There are much better projects available in Mathura, so think twice before you invest and the plots that have been sold are through advertisement and brokers, but you will not see significant work on ground.
