I had booked through phone. Room check in time is 11 am but when I went at 11.30 am, the room was not cleaned.
Pillow cases, bedsheets and blankets were dirty and bathroom was full of hair.
I complained to the manager and deposited keys for room service but when I came back at around 3pm, my room was exactly in the same condition!!
I had to scold the receptionist for him to send a boy to clean the room. After coming up, the boy refused to clean the bathroom saying it's not his job. He even refused to change pillow cases and bed sheets and insisted they were new!
I had to call the manager and complain again. Finally, by the time my room was serviced it was 4pm.
THE WORST PART WAS THE NIGHT. ROOM WAS FULL OF BED BUGS. I COULD NOT SLEEP AT ALL.
I tolerated for some time and then went down to the reception to ask for a different room but the boy there said nothing can be done till 8am as the manager will come then. Just imagine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shri Radhe Radhe Ashram in Mathura Vrindavan stayed about five days 18th Nov. to 23rd. Nov.2018.. The hotel is quite clean and tidy.The hotel staffs are cultured in behaviour. There is canteen serve food without onion and garlics. The food was quite tasty and sumptuous.The hotel is well maintained. The lift is working efficiently. In ground floor there are temple of Radhe Krishna. The hotel atmosphere is quite pious.The close to hotel there is less than one km.distance ISCON temple.The religious devout can have darshan and listen nice sonorous music in ISCON temple . The close to Radhe Radhe there is Prem mandir established by Jagadguru Kripalu ji a very nice place for devout visitors to watch
night live musical show on Bhagvad Gita and discourses of Jagadguru on big screen. The very close to hotel there are many temples devout can have darshan just in a walkable distance.In the campus nice Govinda canteen serve delicious sumptuous and very pious prasadam on reasonable prices.My observation about hotel is good and it is worth staying here in limited expenses.Shri Radhe Krishna Shri Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram ????????

Rooms are good n Spacious but services are not good.
Have to struggle a lot to get the drinking water.
Every night monkey enters through balcony in search of left over food.
However they serve good home like food on request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ashram is good.locarion is great. Walkable distance from Iscon temple. Room are ok. But you need to mange the cleaning by asking them. Some people litters in lobby and that need to mange.cateen not in working everytime. Tea etc can be given.
