β β β β β Very pathetic service. At first they show a real good traveller and when the day of journey comes they send some other vehicle that too in a pathetic condition. I will never recommend this tour and travel to anyone

β β β β β Booked a traveller from krishna, It is like hathi k daat dikhane k or khane k or, Yes they will show you a good condition bus at the time of booking but at the time of your precious tour they will destroy you mood totally by providing you a 90's vehicle with all possible wear & tears. Staff is not supportive even they can abuse you sometime.
PLEASE BEWARE TO BOOK ANY TRIP WITH THIS Shri Radhe Krishna Tour & Travels..

β β β β β Bad experience because of below reasons.
1. Qualtiy of bus was not good. No seat belt in front seat. Few push buttons were not working.
2. Driver behaviour was bad.
3. Booking was not done as per my requirements.

β β β β β Recently got a booking done with this company, so as to make my trip memorable. Unfortunate enough, I had no idea that I was cursed when I booked a bus from Shri Radhe, that I am pushing myself into the hell.
Firstly, the drive covered the distance of 250kms in 9 hours, which even my unborn baby can cover in 4hrs.
Secondly, it was fun as long as he didn't open his mouth. By the time he started talking, it was all spoiled. He engaged himself into a clash with us and the group.
Thirdly, they charged a complete fortune from us and initially, they came up with a convenient costing. So, cannot really rely on them. They made us pay for the distance we didn't even cover. And when we questioned on their wrong act, they tried to threaten us.
I had plans to make beautiful memories with absolutely no black ones, but now when I am done with the trip and back at my home, I have nothing beautiful but the spoiled ones.
I am never going to book anything from them now, even if I have to walk down the distance by myself. Also I would have marked negative, Had I had the option to do that.

β β β β β Both the 5 star ratings are of the 2 owners hariom and raja. They ruined our trip, showed us a brand new Traveller with good seats ,at the time of booking and on the day of my journey sent a old Traveller with ordinary seats. The headlight was not working , ac had issues and the tyres were old and torn, due to which it broke down twice. When I complained about these things the driver abused me and said "Tu wapas chal tujhe Batata hoon". Even the owner was not even bothered. Save your self from such people and get a good reputed travel vehicle. PEACE !
Now he is saying I have written fake review's... But he even have no courage to accept his mistake...what kind of a person you are ...try to improve you service ... and behave properly...

Beware... Its better to use state roadways services, rather to hire them.
Fraud, in the name of service. And the staff is worst. Dont even have basic etiquettes. ?
Abusive driver. And while complaining for this, owner dont bothered. And driver misbehaves more.
What you can expect from their service is just to ruin your journey and have bitter experience.
Complete waste of money. That too seems like you paid to ruin your trip...
Not suggested at all, still if anyone uses, then your own risk. ??

β β β β β This travel service do not deserve any star. Worst experience I had ever have . Drivers and owner both are very unprofessional. They donβt know how to talk to a person . We had booked their cab and because of some very unfortunate personal reasons we could not go on that day. Instead of tackling this situation like professionals they greeted us with slangs and threats .
