★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Unprofessional people and no empathy to customers concerns and issues. Misplaced our parcel and had the audacity to say that nothing can be done about it now.
Moreover told us that it is a franchise of anjani courier and the nandan courier ; however, turns out they just changed the service provider to some local name without even bothering to inform the customer. That too a corporate customer not just a walking customer. You get billed for Anjani or Nandan and then the parcel is given to some different local courier service altogether.
