★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of diamonds are extremely inferior and as a layman you will never come to know about it! The return policy is one sided and in their favor. Avoid their tactics to dupe it. Rather visit their original branch of Chandni Chowk which still values their clients.

We purchased gold bangles from here for wedding and the wax from the bangles came out in just one month.
My wife later returned them and exchanged for another design of bangles here and we were told that the bangles would be designed from their so called Bombay showroom, but we did not get them on the promised date. After many phone calls and visits, we got the bangles on the eve of Chhoti Diwali and the worst thing came out, the bangles were of wrong dimensions as ordered by us. I told them to kindly return our old bangles to us as we were extremely fed up with their services, but they said that the order can't be cancelled and they will again send the bangles to Bombay.
Also, a set of Diamond rings purchased from them had one diamond coming out on just 5th day of using.
These guys are running this showroom as if it's a shop in some weekly market where there is no customer service and they simply focus on money making by cheating customers.
I once again request all to simply avoid going to this showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gift which I got from the store had to be returned within a week because the diamond stopped moving as it was a dancing diamond ring and the diamond also lost its shine. They kept it for almost 20 days and made stories that it is in Mumbai and what not and then gave after rectifying the defect but to no avail as it had the same issue within next week.
Ultimately we had to return and despite of the Gold rate crossing 40K, we had to bear a loss of 5 k in such a small product because of one sided policy of the seller.
Look at the diamond in the pic! Where is the shine? how can dust accumulate on a diamond!
