About Shri Ram School
Shriram School, Mawana was set up in the year 1957-58 to cater to the educational requirements of the employees of Mawana Sugar Works. Since then the school has come a long way from a UP Board Hindi medium school to an English medium school with state-of-the-art infrastructure. The school is currently running classes up to class XII. The School is run on a charity basis by the Shriram School Society, which was established in 1974.
The Shriram School Society has a Board of Governors which lays down the vision and the policy for efficient management of the Society and the Schools. The Shriram School, Mawana is managed by a Governing Council of the Society and the Principal, who is also one of the members of the Governing Council. The Council is responsible for the management and implementation of the decisions of the Board of Governors from time to time.
This school was recognized as the Mawana Sugar Works Primary school in the year 1957-58 (1959). A proposal for change of name was given on the 10th of March 1960 and the proposal was accepted on 1st July 1974. The new name adopted was Shriram Primary School. The school was later further upgraded and named Shriram Junior High School in the year 1992. In 1999 the school was given its present name, Shriram School, Mawana.
The School is located within the campus of Mawana Sugars Ltd. Factory. The School caters to the requirement of the children of the employees as well as people from the Mawana Township. The school has also inducted and mainstreamed about 50 children from the most marginalized community.
A new academic block was inaugurated in 2008. The school is equipped with a Computer lab, Library, Science lab, Maths lab, Music Room, Fine Arts lab, and Sports lab.

Recently, all the school buses were caught as fraud and without papers by RTO.
Bus facility is handled by a third person and school management doesn't take any responsibility for anything.
If any students get less marks in class 9th, they will fail you in same class to make your base strong for class 10th.
Fee structure is very high and class syllabus contract is fixed with a local book seller. You must have to buy all syllabus from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think bad choice, they organised test or interview for admission, but credibility of their screening is nothing because it is my experience many students also admitted by servings approach. This school is not completely free handed for school staff,. The factory mamegement interfaire is much more and have no responsibility for any kind of incedence in 2018 a local student is passed away in road accident because a third party served transport facilities and school doesn't have any responsibility.
