★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait for 4-6 weeks to get a refund of unused floorbtiles box and that too after numerous visit to the shop. Felt short of one box of wall tiles for which I had to pay them high delivery charges and it wasnt informed initially which seems very unprofessional.
