How is this hospital let's start from day 1.
So I came here 3 years back then we had so many tests and ran a lot for them.
Because of that we didn't came here again, because due to high rush they don't treat patients with friendly attitude.
I personally felt things can be far better if management makes them easier.
Ver rare Local staff (male nurses/helpers) are actually ready to help most of them wants you to figure out things by your own.
The security is no doubt good. Facilities they try to provide are good but I will rate it 3/5
Money: so here comes the exciting thing, they aren't any less than any premium private hospital. I had a visit at Medanta Gurgaon, and the prices for surgery are almost same but there we had surgery within 4 hrs. & For the same surgery here we need to book private ward for at least 3-4 days.
Talking about lodging: general ward sucks! I have shared pictures and private ward is good I have shared pictures for that too. But costing is like 5k/day
With food & stay for two.
My opinion: if you are near Delhi please visit a near by hospital because coming here will take atleast 4 days to get all your reports then 1-2 month like AIIMS for a basic/major surgery.
*Rest general Ward's food quality needs to get changed.
*Price is very high!
*So much rush/waitlist for check-ups

The support ing staff is very rude and very careless peoples are here they do the work like we are their debt holders or their animal????, Since 4 days we are hai for Vitro retinal operation still did not got any final decisions from hospital side.
One more Important thing if you want to use your Auyshman Bharat card (Through Ayushman Bharat yojna ) than you will have to wait for 5 days from all the chack ups and till all reports come.????? Very bad experience
It's all about private OPD ie we had taken,I don't what they are doing with free OPD patient.???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very large and all types of eye operations are performed here. The hospital is divided into 3500 sq. you can also stay there, The operation theater is a state-of-the-art type. The doctors and staff here are excellent.
