They have the habit to disconnect the line regularly even after the customer has paid advance money as they are not keeping any accounts. After disconnecting they will not pick up your call also. I don't know how this people run business. VERY THIRD CLASS

Everyone already having their cable services should stop and switch to alternation option. These guys are just looting everyone. Wish I could give negative stars unfortunately I have to give minimum 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class cable service. Always keeps disconnecting. Stops working every 5-6 days. Their cell phones are always switched off and landline is always busy. Look for other options even if its costlier than these fraudsters. I am surely not renewing their service. Avoid them and save your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst disgusting third class service providers in mumbai. Never they pick up calls. Customer service is pathetic. This is the most harrowing experience till date. They have no shame in telling you after 3 days of complaints that it will be done in some time. But that time never comes unless you leave your work aside and in return spend your phone's entire talktime in calling them. Its better to be without their service than wasting your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where pathetic service provider they do not support the customers to resolve there issues nor do they communicate properly. Basic approcah about package validty is also not been taken care by their customer support. Rude behaviour is at a peak everytime you call them.
The organisation is not even capable to be granted with a single star.
