★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase two garden umbrellas for Rps 10k each. The 1st one received OK and since was happy with the product ordered the 2nd one and transferred the full 10k the 2nd time even before the item could be despatched. However after continuous follow up the item was despatched and to my dismay the base of the umbrella was received in a broken condition. It was evident that the damage was caused due to improper packing that even the broken piece was not found. The supplier admitted that it was a mistake from their side and that they were going to send the replament. Since then I have not received the replacement item and the supplier too does not respond to my calls. Hence I contacted India Mart as I had received the suppliers contact details through them. Have just got to know that the supplier expects me to get the base repaired which means that I have to start taking this item in my car to find out who can do it for me. Please publish this experience so that such suppliers do not get to cheat any other persons and should not be existing to do any further business.

They don't know how to make customer relations because they can't deliver quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience, purchased bed who is infested with termites, very bad after sales support, firstly took 2 month's to deliver the bed and that too termite infested. Will not buy anything in future from this shop who is on rohini sector 16-17 dividing road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic owner and furniture house, despite taking all the measurements and design for our customisation the bed made was 1 inch small in width I ordered 6 by 6 feet box size bed so that 6 by 6 feet mattress can fit but owner ditched and made small bed. Time commitment was not filled, owner told to deliver in 10 days but delivered in 25 days. Greedy about money.
