β β β β β The hotel is located behind Azamgarh Bus Stand. Good ambience. I didn't stay there. I had lunch there. Food was good. Staff was also well behaved and responsive. We had Paneer Butter Masala with Daal Makhani amd Lachcha paratha. Paneer butter masala was delicious but the Daal makhani was average. Their Lachcha paratha needs to be improved more. We had coffee there and its taste was good.

β β β β β Good facilities provided overall. The food preparation for the engagement ceremony was also very good. The rooms were also very nice and clean.
Only small issue was with the response of the reception, you need to call the reception multiple times to get a job done.

An incident that happened to me today 26 Feb 2022..
Here the staff does not even know that they have been appointed for the customer and not to take care of the building.
The way I ordered the lunch to
# Waiter??????name (unknown) he did the same mimicry to their chef I clearly Heard the whole mimicry of mine cause the whole Restaurants was empty except to their service provider and waiter thought that we have no knowledge of order food
Pata nhi kis college ne degree de di inhe bhai and kis college ne galat hotel management ki sikh di ki customer k order k maze lo ur mimicry kro..
Isi trh ye log hotel resturant k repo...ko khraab krte h..qki mera experience to..for first tym of my life worst he tha in Great Sai hotel.?
