★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.i visited this service centre for servicing my avenger bike but after serving I got major problem in bike.when I told to mechanic they refused to repair and told I can't repair this issue n told me that go to nana peth and repair your bike.and also they exchanged my new parts(soccer)from old soccer. Isuggest you all never visit this service centre

Giving my example-1:
I had given my bike for servicing and told that mechanic(Mr. Nalawade) to tight the break that mechanic told me that your break drum need to replace where my bike running is just 2500kms still I told him to change that, when he open that drum I just observed that my drum is in good condition.
Example-2
I am facing another issue of noisy chain cover, when I ask about the same he told me that you need to change the drum rubber when rubbers are in good condition, and drum rubber and noisy chain cover are the 2 different issues, I had explained it as I am DME.
Example-3
When ever I told the mechanic(Vishal) I found that there is some noise in chain he denies it 3-4 times I token him with me for 3 times still he denies that there is no sound but another mechanic found the exact issue.
Issue is resolved but the way they are treating customers is very rude and very bad. I will not recommend any one to do servicing in this service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very rude and incompatible... you will have to request 10 times for a small thing to be done. They will service your bike within an hour, basically they will wash it and dry it with air blower and that is it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompatible staff. Can't find out / solve basic lroblem of any bike they service. Ruining Bajaj's name. I got to visit this place for 2 services and they don't know ABC of service manual. They just want to snatch money of the customer. Pathetic! Never visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited before 3 days, service is very bad. Also staff is not good and unable to satisfy the customer. Also using loose oil while servicing and take amount for single can. In addition taking 2% extra charge on credit card. My suggestion is instead visit to this service station any one can visit other for better service. In addition if you have bike like pulsar or Avanger without checking he confirms it's starter has problem and it's bearing has to change and add Rs. 350 in your bill.
