β β β β β Cheats of the top order.
1) They round off your purchase to the next rupee, even though the POS machine can debit exact amount.
2) They LIE that their POS machines are faulty. Lies exposed when I demanded to inspect the POS machine.
3) I've heard that they have been sealed in the past by their franchiser for adulteration- won't be surprised if this is true, given my first hand experience with them.
No one follows covid-appropriate behaviour here.

((1. The round of amount is for calculation purposes, 2 of our attandent are not so good in accounting so some time they ask customers to round off giving the same amount of petrol. At the end of the shift it becomes easy for them to calaculate their final amount. Their is no cheating .
We are finding a way out how we can resolve this problem.))

Your attendants never gave me compensatory round-off fuel. The pipe was removed- that's when I shot the meter reading.

2. The POS Machines are fine and working not faulty. Charging is a problem.
We have requested our service providers to replace them. Not yet done.

I never even questioned charging of your POS. Their keypads were claimed to be faulty hence the 'rounding off'- How convenient?

Not only did we get a false statement, but we also got less fuel.
By your own admission, you sell 7500 LPD pr 225000 LPM of product (MS & HSD).
Even if you charge 0.85 per person, per transaction, I can imagine how much of money you are sucking out of people's pockets. IOC should audit your sale volumes and revenues.
