★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and highly unprofessional staff! Internet goes down after every two days! Such providers just take advantage of customers. The engineer who comes at home is highly unprofessional too! Does nothing when he comes and goes back and issue remains the same! Absolutely not recommended! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the absolute worst internet service provider I have come across. With some of the most unprofessional staff. The internet speed randomly slows down. Sometimes the server just stops working. Sometimes there is an unscheduled maintenance.
I have upgraded the plan multiple times yet the speed is suspiciously the same. You cannot trust their services if you have important work that needs the web
Since the last 2 days the internet stops working at 9pm in the night and when you call the customer service reps , the line is kept busy or "unavailable".
In the morning sharp at 10am, they pick up the complaint call and tells us to restart he router and magically the internet starts working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just don't waist your time and money on this service, they claim minimum down time but it's minimum up time actually, their office staff don't even pick your call in one go. If internet is down they blindly say it's already connected and still you ask them for support the support guy never come. If you call support guy directly they never entertain you.
Don't go for them, don't even think of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, they won't pick your call if you call them minutes literally minutes before their closing or lunch time. I've witnessed this and even asked them to attend the call but they'll smile at you and let it go. Internet is always down, receptionist is abusive. They've charged me thousands because they mistakenly renewed a different pack for my TV and this mistake has happened twice and won't even give me any refund. Google must have a zero option too because these guys surely deserve it.

No value for customers.
Even after payment done in advance they cut the connection and don't even care to attend calls. Very pathetic. He should be thrown out from NNP and Sankalp. He is not even allowing to enter other genuine net operators like Hathway who offers good service in cheap rates.

Pathetic connectivity.
Connection is never stable.
Never reliable and most unapologetic staff.
They only have one thing to say - it'll get fixed in 20mins. I have no clue what "fixing" they are upto, because none of the connectivity issues are ever resolved.
