★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with this agent..booked our bali ticket from this agent..he included food charges in flight ticket but no food was provided to us..on complainting regarding same he was rude in his behaviour n was shouting like chutyea person n saying that we are lying for food..he provided wrong information regarding lagguage charges for which we had to pay 10k at airport..
The rooms he provided us was pathetic types n he provided us regular rooms in name of superdelux room..He had changed from angel to devil in small matter of time of completion of booking charges.he is soo lootera guy..har roj 14 sector mei dekhta hai ghumta hua..marne ka maan hota hai usko dekhte sath he??????????
