Mulnayak: Shri Shantinath Bhagwan. Nearly 70 cms. high white – coloured idol of Bhagwan Jotingada Parshvanath in the Padmasana posture. This idol is beside the idol of Shantinath Bhagwan. Tirth: It is in Munjpur village. Historicity: Munjpur is an ancient historical village of the 11th century. King Munj of Parmar dynasty established this city in V.S.1003. It is mentioned in "Som Soubhagya" that in the 15th century, Shresthi Munt of Mujing nagar got countless idols of Thirthankaras made of metal (paanch dhatu) and got them installed by the revered hands of Acharya Shri Somasundarsuriji. This Mujing nagar is today's Munjpur. So, this temple is from the 15th century. At one time, there were 3 temples in Munjpur. Upto V.S.1667, there was a separate temple of Jotingada Parshvanath. But during the Muslim invasion, this temple was destroyed and the idol of Jotingada Parshvanath was installed in the temple of Shantinath Bhagwan. This temple of Shantinath Bhagwan is more than 400 years old. The idol of Jotingada Parshvanath is believed to be of the period of King Samprati. This idol of Jotingada Parshvanath is also known as β€œMunjpura Parshvanath” and β€œJotinga Parshvanath”. A flag is hoisted on the 11th day of the bright half of the month of Migsar every year. The last renovation of the temple was done in V.S.2001. Other Temples: There is another 2 – storeyed temple of Shri Godiji Parshvanath here. Guidelines: Munjpur is at a distance of 13 kms. from Harij railway station. Sankheswar, Sami, Kamboi etc. are close by from here. There are 2 Dharamshalas and 2 Upashrayas here. There is a Panjrapole also here. Scripture: A mention of Jotingada Parshvanath is made in "Shri Parshvanath Naammala", in "135 Naam Garbhit Parshvanath Stavan", in "Shri Parshvanath ke 108 Naam ke Chaand", in "Tirthmala" etc. There is an idol of Jotingada Parshvanath in Jiravala Tirth. There is an idol of Jotingada Parshvanath and Munjpur Parshvanath in Kalikund Parshvanath temple in Santacruz, Mumbai. Trust: Shri Jotingada Parshvanath Shwetambar Jain Tirth, Post: Munjpur, Taluk: Sami, District: Patan, State: Gujarat-384 240, India. Phone: 02733-281

Nice temple between Shankeshwar-Patan route. Also it comes under 108 Parshwanath (Jotinga Parshwanath). It has all facilities of Bhojanshala and Dharamshala.
