★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at Shivaji park towards sea beach but not on main road. Still traffic flows in the road in front of it. Opposite to it is Sawarkar memorial. Next to Kaali mata temple, there is another temple of Lord Ganesha. Kaali mata temple is located under a tree, not inside well built temple but as it is situated inside park, lot many people come and visit. The ambience was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kali also known as Kalika, is a Hindu goddess who is considered to be the master of death, time and change. She is also said to be the Parvati, the supreme of all powers, or the ultimate reality.
There is a small temple present in the area of Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj park. Temple complex content small temples of Lord Shiva, Lord Hanuman & Shree Saibaba Temple. There is a big Puja on every Amavasya day.
